Our Tumbling Program is designed for athletes who want to focus exclusively on floor skills—perfect for cheerleaders, dancers, and anyone looking to improve their acrobatics. Classes cover progressions from basic rolls and cartwheels to handsprings, aerials, and flipping skills, depending on age and ability level.
This is the entry-level ninja agility class designed for younger athletes. Students build coordination through progressive plyometric training while developing strength, speed, and agility in a fun, supportive setting. Coaches guide each activity to encourage confidence and safe movement.
Classes are 45 minutes, guided by coaches with safe and playful obstacle stations.
The first advancement in ninja training, this class challenges athletes with faster courses and more complex movements. Students continue progressive plyometric training while building strength, speed, and agility. Coaches emphasize discipline and focus, helping athletes refine coordination and control.
Classes are 60 minutes, focusing on discipline, coordination, and control in structured obstacle rotations.
A higher-level ninja program for athletes ready to push their agility, power, and endurance. Students undergo progressive plyometric training with increased intensity to maximize coordination of movement. This phase develops advanced strength, speed, and agility while preparing athletes for obstacle mastery and competitive-style challenges. Classes are 75 minutes, combining obstacle mastery, conditioning, and competitive-style challenges.
An evaluation with our Program Director is required for enrollment.
