Our Boys Gymnastics Program offers an exciting way for boys to stay active, build strength, and develop coordination while exploring the fundamentals of men’s gymnastics. This program is recreational only and does not progress into a competitive team track.

Boys Gym – Ages 4
A fun and active introduction to boys’ gymnastics for 4-year-olds. The focus is on building coordination, balance, and strength through movement and play — not on skill progression. Classes are 45 minutes with stations designed to develop body awareness and confidence.
Boys Gym – Ages 5
An energetic class for 5-year-old boys centered on strength, focus, and physical development. Athletes rotate through equipment such as floor, vault, rings, and bars, but the emphasis is on fitness and coordination rather than advancing skills. Classes are 60 minutes and encourage discipline in a fun, supportive setting.
Boys Gym – Ages 6
A structured program for 6-year-old boys ready for more challenge. Training includes floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar, with the purpose of building strength, agility, and confidence. Classes are 60 minutes and are recreational only — these classes do not progress to team.
