BOOKING THE COURTS MADE EASY!

  Court availability can be viewed on the reservation calendar, which reflects real-time scheduling.

 The reservation calendar allows members to view scheduled play times and verify current bookings.  

 Court reservations may be scheduled up to 30 days in advance and are limited to the court’s hours of operation: 6:00 AM–12:00 PM and 2:00 PM–5:00 PM. 

Bookings made outside of this window will not be honored.

 To ensure fair access for all members, court reservations are limited to one booking per member per day  and may not book back-to-back time slots. 

Members may not reserve consecutive or multiple  time slots on the same day. 

 Court sessions are limited to one (1) hour. Check-in is permitted up to 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Members must exit the court promptly at the end of their session to allow for a smooth transition.  

Additional play time is permitted only if courts are available and not reserved.

 Check-in is required for all court reservations. Failure to check in by the designated time will result in automatic forfeiture of the reservation, without guarantee of rebooking.  

 All participants must check in no later than 10 minutes prior to their scheduled session. Players are required to have an active membership or valid guest pass to participate. 

Reservations must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in temporary booking privileges being suspended.
